Hajiya Habibat Salman Saidu holds a B.A. (Hons) English from Uthmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto, M.A Literature-in-English from the University of ilorin, Kwara State, and Masters in Policy and Strategic Studies from Kwara State university, Valeted. Hajiya Saidu, Habibat Salman had 35years of experience in the service of Kwara State Civil Service and adhoc services in both Federal and State Government Agencies and Parastatals.

She had worked at various levels indicating her career as a seasoned general administrator, public accounting officer, and an outstanding technocrat. She rose to the position of a Permanent Secretary before she retired on 14th December 2023. Over this period, she had attended several trainings in Advanced Executive Certificate, Visionary Leadership and Innovative Performance Course, Strategic Management Development Workshops and seminars in Budget, Budgeting and Gender Mainstreaming, Disaster Management Strategies (To mention few). She also has many awards of recognition ranging from Advanced Executive Certificate – Visionary Leadership and Innovation Performance Course, Usman Danfodiyo University Sokoto Alumni Association, Certificate of Commendation inappreciation of outstanding contribution and active participation in the Association’sactivities, Kwara State Public Procurement Agency – Procurement Champion and most outstanding Staff of MDAs in Public Procurement, etc.
