Umar Tolihat Imam was an ex Banker with eleven years of banking experience, he served in various capacities with three different reputable financial institutions in Nigeria, and also the founder of sub-city project global consult itd and pro-subcity enterprise in the year 2016, an household company name across the South-west and north central region of Nigeria, rendering mobility services and providing job opportunities to the youths in the society with over eight years of experience

Tolihat holds a BSc degree in Business Administration from Al Hikmah University, and MSc degree in Business Administration from the same university, MBA in policy and strategic studies from kwara state university (Malete) and also PhD degree in entrepreneur from kwara state university Malete Ilorin kwara state (in view)

Umar started his banking career with Intercontinental Bank in the year 2009 as the units operational team lead monitoring and controlling all the payments activities at the branch including the movement of fund from the branch to the CBN, while he later moved to Access bank plc for career progression in the same capacity, and in the year 2012, he was recommended to work with First Bank of Nigeria as an operational and retail experience hire, he served in different retail and operational units and departments as an ATM custodian and Relationship Manager before his voluntary resignation in the year 2021 when he fully assumed office as the managing director of sub-city project global consult itd

Tolihat is a member of many community intervention social clubs with an intention of contributing his own quota towards the development of the country at large, A three times president of unique friends club and part of his achievement was to make food provision for the orphanage homes, organize quiz competition amongst the secondary school students in other to improve the falling standard of education in the society, granting of scholarships for skills acquisition, organizing a symposium and public lectures to sensitize the youths in the society, Tolihat is also a member of Ilorin visionary club, and rotary club of ilorin

Umar Tolihat imam believes that the government can not do it all and his participation in mobility services has created job opportunity to the youths and also reduces the crime rate in the society.
